1、 Turn on the power, start the computer, start the numerical control and turn on the air pressure, then open the numerical control interface, and exit after the point calibration is completed.

2、 Open the conveyor of the extension table and send the sponge to the CNC platform.

3、 Confirm the density and specification of the sponge to be cut according to the flow card, call up the picture and confirm.

4、 Open the tool and open the sharpening program.

5、 Cut into the sea slowly, and confirm the entry amount according to the length of the sponge. Generally, it is better to tighten first and then loosen.

6、 Click automatic processing when everything is ready.

7、 During normal operation, the operator shall measure the size of the sea surface after the production of the first sponge and check whether the machine works normally

8、 After cutting, the packing personnel shall clean the package after the operator measures whether the sea surface dimension of the finished product is qualified.

9、 Turn off the electrical switch to clean and maintain the machine.
